Find Your Path
Getting to the top of your mountain requires three things:
Gaining clarity on the destination and the possible pathways
Learning about and applying your unique strengths and skills
Consistently taking action with support and compassionate accountability
I will support you in taking action and creating the future you seek, by finding the ways that work for you specifically, not some prescriptive fits-all approach.
Coaching can help you better understand your strengths, and how to apply them for optimal results.
I work with individuals and teams that are neurotypical, neurodivergent, or a combination of the two, that are looking to take their game to the next level. Whether you are looking to grow personally, or working to transform your home, organization, community or the world, I’m here to support you in being the best version of yourself and having fun doing it!
Do you want to be of meaningful contribution while leading a fulfilling, sustainable, and rewarding life?
Do you see what’s possible but struggle to influence change or create it?
Are you challenged by arbitrary rules or outdated thinking in the workplace, community, or home?
Coaching can be a fun, positive, and collaborative process that leaves you energized and motivated. Whether you are seeking support with daily tasks or a deeper journey of self-discovery, I’m here to help.
A strengths-based approach to life enables you to enjoy the journey, as much as the destination.
About Sean
As someone who is ADHD, diagnosed in 2007 just after graduating college, I understand the logistical and emotional challenges of being ADHD in our restrictive and sometimes cold world.
Education:
I graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, a minor in Mathematics, and a heavy concentration of psychology and neuroscience.
ADHD and Executive Function:
I’ve completed 109 hours of ADHD specific training at ADDCA, a PAAC and ICF Certified coach training academy.
Leadership/Culture/Communication:
I am an IT Leadership Institute Fellow of the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) and have spent more than two decades being a leader, and coaching and supporting other leaders. After 15 years in leadership positions coaching direct reports and team members, I’ve gained a deep understanding of how to use our strengths to identify, clarify, and overcome challenges. I’ve logged 100s of hours of training in leadership, culture creation/change, and leadership coaching. I’ve also completed significant training in cultural awareness, inclusivity, and support, including becoming an Opening Doors Certified Inclusive Leader and UNC SafeZone Certified ally. I’ve completed formal training in Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and mindfulness based practices.
Change Management:
I am a PROSCI Certified Change Management Practitioner, having completed formal training and certification in Change Leadership and Management (leading and working with psychological and social/cultural issues when implementing personal or organizational change). I have completed significant self-led training and education in psychology, neuroscience, and behavior change and continue to keep up with emerging trends and information.
Program/Project Management and Productivity:
I am a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and have adapted these approaches into various tools and techniques for personal management.
